Before joining Redstone in 2025 I had already spent ten years working with Samuli and the team, during which we launched and managed two fintech funds together. So when the opportunity came to join Redstone it felt more like coming home than starting a new job.

It’s a mix of strategy, execution, and working closely with our investors and founders. As the Managing Partner of the Fintech & Beyond fund, I oversee the entire journey— from structuring and raising the fund to managing investor relations, making fintech and B2B-SaaS investments, and advising our portfolio companies.

Leading fintech companies will play a crucial role in improving our everyday lives. Both individuals and businesses benefit from faster, cheaper, better and more accessible financial services. At the same time, as the world faces urgent environmental challenges, green fintech is taking sustainability to the next level. By leveraging technology, these companies are advancing both environmental and financial sustainability. AI will amplify these benefits even further, and I’m excited to see how it shapes the future.

I try to unplug – whether it’s enjoying dinner with friends or spending weekends and holiday with my family. Those moments offline help me recharge and stay focused.
