In 2017, I joined Redstone after working in M&A in London. My main goal was to find a team with a strong personal fit and a flexible structure that wasn't set in stone (regardless of our firm’s name). Redstone provided the ideal environment for me to settle in and contribute to shaping the company's direction.

My main responsibilities are centered around managing and driving forward our FinTech, B2B, and Proptech strategies. Additionally, I am heavily involved in fundraising efforts, investor relations and play a key role in the development and launch of new projects.

I am exposed to a significant amount of incremental innovation, which, while valuable, may take some time to make a noticeable impact on society. However, I am genuinely exhilarated by the prospect of disruptive innovation that has the potential to revolutionize entire industries and catapult humanity into a new stage of existence. Some examples of such innovations that excite me are quantum computing, AI, and biotechnology, which have the potential to transform the way we live, work and interact with the world around us.

While I may lack certain skills, I make up for it with my passion for surfing and golf, which are both like meditation for me. In addition, I enjoy having the occasional feast with friends and binge-watching my favorite TV shows.
