I joined Redstone and the Blue strategy fund team in 2025 having previously founded an ocean technology investment specialist in the same field. I first came in contact with the Nordic team and was attracted to Redstone by a number of factors - mostly the people but also the innovative approach to VC strategy and operations, the analytics setup and obviously stellar track record in previous funds.

I am the co-lead of the fund and the representative for Redstone in Sweden. The Blue fund is managed by a tight and entrepreneurial team, so responsibilities range from investor relations and fundraising activities to deal sourcing, interacting with founders and doing investment analysis. We also spend time in the ecosystem interacting with corporates, universities and other VCs as well as addressing industry conferences - no one day is the other alike which is part of the joy of this job!

The best way to relax the mind is to exercise or listen to music, I go running or train at the gym several times per week which I find great for clearing the mind after a busy day.

Never stop learning! Learning new things is a great exercise for the mind and soul – I recently picked up wing foiling, and being a complete beginner at something is really challenging (and frustrating!) but the reward once you crack it beats everything.
